Regency Spices is looking for a Packing supervisor to join a growing made in Hong Kong company.

If you have a background in F&B and looking for a change of environment, this could be the perfect fit for you. We are looking for someone with experience handling food ingredients, hardworking, willing to work on our production floor and at the same time, assisting with day-to-day monitoring and maintaining of quality systems in place by upper management. You will report directly to Production Manager. 

Job Duties:
Packing, blending, grinding various spices and ingredients
Occasional lifting heavy bags (usually 10-20kg) to your workstation for packing
Monitoring and maintaining hygiene standards set by Management
Helping with quality checking of raw materials and finished goods
Assisting in assigning packing job duties when manager on leave
Keeping incident log and reporting when manager on leave
Basic use of computer system for data entry

Working hours:
FIXED Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
NOT FIXED Saturdays: 8:00am-11:00am, only if other team members absence, with extra pay
NO overtime is wanted at our company, we prefer that work finishes on time and everyone has work-life balance.

Salary:
$19,000 to 23,000 per month
10 days annual leave
1 day birthday leave
Company medical insurance after completion of probation
Sick leaves, maternity leaves and other benefits all as per labour ordinance.

Requirements:
Permanent HKID
Fluent English speaking
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
Experience using computer system is a plus
Immediate start preferred
