Job Description

We are looking for a talent to:
- Handle all reservation inquires and bookings of hotel
- Handle reservation orders and input the bookings into reservation system
- Assist to update the room rate and inventory into online travel agencies’ systems
- Working Location: Jordan
Basic requirements:
- Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management, Travel or Tourism Management or related disciplines
- With at least 1 year work experience in reservation or customer service
- Customer-oriented, with good problem solving and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua speaking is a plus
- Knowledge in OPERA Property Management System would be an advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
