Job Description
Responsible for all front office functions and staff.
Responsibilities :
- Managing and supervising all front desk staff
- Maintains a detailed knowledge about the hotel's services and hours of operations
- Handling guest complaints and comments to satisfying guest necessary
- Knows all safety and understands emergency procedures and how to act upon them
- Drive team goals to meet the targets
- Accomplish ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements :
- Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management is preferable
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of Front Desk experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Office operation including Word, Excel, Chinese word processing
- Shift duty is required
