Job Description
We are looking for a Sous Chef – Marina Grill Kitchen based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Sous Chef – Marina Grill Kitchen, we rely on you to:
- Work as a team leader to oversee the daily operations of Marina Grill, ensure high quality food product and food safety standards are consistently met
- Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchen
- Ensure service of food is completely to members satisfaction and to the standard required by the company
- Striving to delight our members and guests each and every time
We are looking for someone who has:
- Form 5 or Certificate holder of Western Kitchen of Vocational Training Council
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in related professions, extensive knowledge of western cuisine, especially on Grill / Fine-dining kitchen operations
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English and Cantonese
