Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to handle the shop’s operations and activities. The Restaurant Manager’s responsibilities include maintaining the brand image, building up positive relationships with customers and being a good communicator and liaising with different parties.

To be successful as a Restaurant Manager you should be able to multitask and be a good leader and team player at the same time. 

 
Responsibility

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the shop
• Respond to customer queries and complaints. 
• Keep pace with customer expectations, respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and brand image by providing professional standard of shop and staff management
• Strive for continuous improvement on the customer satisfaction, service standard and food quality
• Lead, motivate and develop the team and create the right environment to ensure team and individual development
• Implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Prepare monthly roster and allocate manpower appropriately 
• Work closely with different parties to uplift operational actions
• Promote the Company’s products & alcohol drinks to the customers 
• Prepare reports and data analysis for management review 
• Coordinate in shop expansion and renovations projects to ensure smooth outlet openings

Requirement 

• Minimum 6 years’ working experience in F&B operations and at least 3 years at managerial level, experience with Western Cuisine is preferred
• Strong wine knowledge, candidates with WSET qualification will be an advantage 
• Excellent management and leadership skills, with ability to build team rapport 
• Strong in handling customer services issues
• Able to work under pressure, independent and have good problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
