Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for full set of receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling telephone enquiries, and managing customer bookings;
- Provide high quality and efficient food & beverage service to guests;
- Communicate to supervisors any difficulties, guests comments and other relevant information;
- Ensure outlet is ready and all materials and operation equipment needed are in good condition for the service;
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
Job Requirement
- F.5 or certificate holder of hotel or catering management or related field;
- At least 1 year relevant experience in F&B service operation;
- Good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Willing to work on shift.
