Job Description

Role Description:

You will play a very important part in the Events & Sales process across all MHG venues. Your role will be to promote MHG catering, events and corporate deals with a focus on Little Bedu catering most importantly.

You will be based in the head office but are expected to be meeting clients and selling packages and services in person to be more effective.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach catering and events revenue targets for outlets with a focus on Little Bedu
  • Ensured effective communication throughout the events with clients and efficient coordination with concerned teams
  • Assisted yearly budgeting, monthly forecasting and performance reporting
  • Assisted in the coordination restaurant events and operational processes, including preparation of documents, drafting Event proposals and drafting contracts and agreements
  • Handled incoming and outgoing correspondence emails and calls in relation to Event planning and sales
  • Assisted in restaurant sales team to drive and achieve revenue targets
  • Assisted yearly budgeting, monthly forecasting and performance reporting

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Chinese & English typing skills are required
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Result-driven, sales-oriented, organised, detail-oriented, proactive, patient and able to work under a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, professional telephone manner, pleasant, responsible, stable and good team player
