Job Requirements
- Degree or Higher Diploma holder
- 3-4 years relevant experience, preferably in hotels or airlines
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operation
- Detail-oriented, cheerful, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Provide reception support including but not limited to greeting visitors, handling incoming enquiries, meeting room reservation, managing daily mails and courier service
- Assist in travel arrangement, hotel booking, and attendance & leave record preparation
- Responsible for office supplies ordering and organizing company activities
