Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder
  • 3-4 years relevant experience, preferably in hotels or airlines
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk operation
  • Detail-oriented, cheerful, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide reception support including but not limited to greeting visitors, handling incoming enquiries, meeting room reservation, managing daily mails and courier service
  • Assist in travel arrangement, hotel booking, and attendance & leave record preparation
  • Responsible for office supplies ordering and organizing company activities
