Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation and monitor the performance of production team and outsourced workers;
• Responsible for manpower control and staff issue of production team;
• Participate the planning and implementation of policy and procedures in the areas of product quality, manufacturing strategies, manpower and cost control;
• Closely communicate with all shift and level of operation management to ensure the production is smooth and effective;
• Coach and motivate the production team to accomplish production target and practice the group core values.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or equivalent in Business Management, Manufacturing or related discipline;
• 8 years of working experience at supervisory level, preferably in labour-intensive industries;
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills;
• Strong leadership with excellent analytical and problem solving skills in fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, result-oriented;
• Highly self-motivated and directed, detail-minded and able to work under pressure;
• Proficient PC skills in MS Office
• Fluent verbal and written English and Chinese.
• 5-day work week and rotate day off;
