Responsibilities:

• To evaluate the food licensing feasibility of all potential projects for both new and existing shop
• To ensure all relevant license and permit are issued on time for the project including negotiating with Landlords, utility companies and statutory authorities.
• Handle food licensing matters including site visit, FEHD negotiation, tenancy administration, handover/takeover of premises.
• Control government, consultant, designer and vendor to obtain valid license for the store.
• Conduct regular site inspection; site coordination and administration work on license application.
• Keeping up to date with food licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities
• Responsible for all correspondence and complete the requirement raised by landlords, government authorities, and fitting out guidance
• To participate in tendering process, evaluation and assist in appointment of contractors/nominated subcontractors and suppliers as well as develop tender of in individual projects.
• Responsible for planning and implementing renovation projects
• Handle the coordination works of all projects and provide documentation support to the department
• Monitoring and communicate with all parties during store opening
• Support any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• At least 5 years solid experience in the retail project (preferable F&B);
• Familiar with Licensing, Means of escape, FEHD and Building Regulations
• Good social and interpersonal attitude
• Self-motivation & can work independently under pressure
• Good command and written in English, Cantonese
• Use AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Outlook and MS Project
• Less experience will be considered as Project Officer
