Requirements

• Degree or Associate Degree graduate
• 3 years or above experience in managing front desk operation
• Experience in hospitality or airlines, preferably in serving premium guests
• Self-motivated, energetic, service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, flexible, pleasant personality and sense of responsibilities
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Conversant with computer skills in using Microsoft Office
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent level services to premium guests and members
• Effectively manage members’ interaction, identify their needs and provide solutions
• Perform professional services to maximize guests’ satisfaction and service quality
• Follow up appropriately on complaints and requests with internal departments
• Maintain and establish guest relationship to delight and gain customer loyalty
