Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel located at Wong Chuk Hang is currently looking for a Commis:
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
- Monitor food quality while preparing food
- Set-up and break down work station
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience in hotel of similar capacity is preferred
- Willing to work on overnight shift
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
