Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations, including manpower and cost control
- Manage and lead the team to deliver premium dining services
- Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Formulate and execute training strategies and plans that are aligned with business strategies and organizational objectives
- Review staff development plan for frontline operations to maintain or upgrade service quality
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and upkeep the hygiene standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Assist and make recommendation to management for promotional activities and creative ideas.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of management in F&B operation
- Preferably experience in Arabic, Lebanese, Mediterranean, Indian Restaurant
- Strong knowledge in Lebanese dining culture
- Good business awareness for achieving successful performance
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and able to multi-task and think creatively
- Good command of spoken English and ability to speak Arabic would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS office
