Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Head Chef in supervising the daily operations of kitchen
- Maintain highest level of quality and consistency of products
- Ensure all food are produced in a professional manner and met the Company standard
- Responsible for efficient cost control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchen
- Act as a bridge between management and kitchen team
Requirement:
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences as Sous Chef or at supervisory role with proven management and leadership skills
- Familiar and knowledgeable in Western cuisine is preferred
- Experiences in fine-dining and Michelin starred restaurants is an advantage
- Good team player with excellent communication and supervisory skills
- Fluent in spoken & written English
