Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist Head Chef in supervising the daily operations of kitchen
  • Maintain highest level of quality and consistency of products
  • Ensure all food are produced in a professional manner and met the Company standard
  • Responsible for efficient cost control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchen
  • Act as a bridge between management and kitchen team

Requirement:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experiences as Sous Chef or at supervisory role with proven management and leadership skills
  • Familiar and knowledgeable in Western cuisine is preferred 
  • Experiences in fine-dining and Michelin starred restaurants is an advantage 
  • Good team player with excellent communication and supervisory skills
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
