Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory testing
• Ensure the implementation of quality management systems in production, and maintain relevant documentation
• Perform regular hygiene and quality audits in the production plant; communicate with related parties for improvement
• Handle customers’ complaints, investigate on the cause of problem and propose corrective actions and preventive measures
• Perform warehouse audit
• Other ad-hoc projects as required by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in food science or related disciplines;
• Two years' related experience in food and catering industry or above
• Experience in conducting laboratory testing is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attentive to details, strong analytical and problem solving skills, work well in a team
• Candidate with less qualification may be considered as QA Technician
