Job Description
Operations:
- Assist in hotel operations and service excellence, creating customer-focused service orientation, where members can enjoy their living experience.
- Responsible for member’s satisfaction
- Create pleasant physical environment and caring working atmosphere
- Carry out tours for prospective clients
- Conduct daily hotel image checks and keep all facilities and equipment at a satisfactory level all times.
- Create and develop meaningful and stimulating events that represent the organization and create contacts and leads, making sure all events are in compliance with rules and standards.
- Preparing and developing events onsite ensuring quality, AV and sound checks are all in compliances with hotels standards.
- Created and developed internal and external events calendar
- Communicated via all social media channals to market internal and external events
- Acquired new leads and members via internal and external events
- Produced graphics and collateral for clients prior to events for marketing
Requirements:
- Strong people skills – approachable, a good listener, empathetic and a team player
- A minimum of 2 years of professional working experience with extensive time in customer-facing setting
- Background in boutique hotel, serviced accommodation or co-working, start-up environments will be a plus
- Experience in coordinating events will be a plus
- Experience in adapting to challenges, dealing with emergency or crisis situations and managing conflict and complaints in a constantly changing environment
- Enjoy interacting with people and being a part of a multicultural and international work environment
- Flexibility in schedule - work hours will be shift-based between a morning shift and an evening shift
- Presentable and with a pleasant personality
Working Hours: 10hrs
