Senior / Waiter or Waitress will report directly to Restaurant Manager.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILTY
Responsible to provide professional frontline restaurant service to our Club members and demonstrate the hospitality of the Club.

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcomes members and guests when they arrives at restaurant or other dining establishment.
• Assist members and guests while seating.
• Make drinks, Chef’s daily special and menu recommendations.
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
• Check membership number to ensure members are correctly charged for right ordered items.
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software.
• Prepare and serve drinks at bar counter.
• Ensure the food orders are made correctly by kitchen staff and look presentable for members and guests.
• Clean tables and ensure they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that customers have finished their food or drink.
• Carry stained plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
• Check the chit is correctly posted before present it for member to sign.
• Ensure sideboards and service stations are adequately stocked with replacement cutlery, linen or other established needs, be they food or equipment.
• Complete open and close duties.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and quality standard.
• Perform and assist all duties as assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
