Job Description:

• responsible for tour handling in European destinations according to our customers (travel agency) needs/requirements 
• handle customers in Singapore & Vietnam markets, include direct communicaiton with customers.
• usage of our in-house computer system 
• communication with our other offices, mainly in Europe
  
• work closely with our sales team  
• communicate/liaise directly with our suppliers when needed
• providing/suggestion suitable alternatives when requested is not available 
• monitoring of cancellation deadline and cost control 

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in travel agent/tourism
• 1-2 years of working experience in travel industry preferred
• Background knowledge of land operator or travel agent an advantage
• fluent in English and Cantonese, basic Mandarin a plus
• basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
• ability to work under pressure
• ability to work as a team as well as independently
