Job Duties

• Provide administrative support in Front Office Department
• Handle guests' check-in, check-out, reservations, and telephone inquiries
• Provide hotel and travel information to guests

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma holder of Hospitality / Tourism Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in customer service or related fields
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Well-versed in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Shift duty is required
