DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions of the hotel with over 1,600 rooms and a large scale of catering and convention facilities professionally;
• Manage the overall hotel operations to achieve optimum results including but not limited to Operational Management, Financial Management, Sales and Marketing Management, Human Resources Management, Safety and Risk Management, Prevention and Energy Management, etc.;
• Lead the functions for the department within the hotel to deliver excellent operating results including improving of overall standard, guest engagement, guest experience and strive to exceed all financial budget;
• Ensure all procedures in the hotel complying with the standard operating procedures and group policies and procedures, implement and execute the tasks and responsibilities.

• Bachelor degree in hotel management, catering management or related discipline;
• With at least 10 years’ experience of general manager role in large scale of hotel operations of 5-star international chains;
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience in rooms operations;
• Attentive to the market trends and responsive to changes ;
• Be analytical and strong in P&L;
• A team player who always engages with hotel guests and employees;
• Ability to lead the team to strive for service excellence and consistency;
• Be capable of communicating fluently in English and Cantonese.
