Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the assigned outlets to maximize sales and profits, manpower efficiency and customer service standard;
• Responsible for the profit and loss of the operation as a whole;
• Ensure operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures as well as brand image;
• Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive business growth;
• Regularly review the operations routines and identify the improvement needs of the current practice;
• Provide counseling, coaching, training and motivating the outlets colleagues with strong business drive;
• Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of the market;
• Work closely with various internal departments in operations planning;
• Any other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Catering or Hospitality Management or related discipline;
• At least 2 years’ management experience in F&B or Retails industry;
• Experience in chain store management is preferred;
• Independent and good leadership skill with positive attitude;
• Strong business sense, good logic thinking and experience in sales trend analysis;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Familiar with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
