Location: Central, HK

Working hour: 10:00-19:00 / 11:00-20:00

Able to work min. 3 days per week (Mon - Sun, on roster basis)

Salary: $70 per hour

Responsibilities:

• To provide excellent customer services to VIP guest
• Answer VIP members’ enquiries and handle complaints in a professional manner
• Support and assist the company’s CRM and marketing activities
• Handle administrative work for VIP loyalty program

Requirements:

• Diploma or above qualification
• At least 1 year customer service experience in luxury retail industry, with VIP service experience is highly preferred
• Customer Centric and excellent interpersonal skill and a team player
• Proactive, independent, self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing personality
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
