We are now seeking for a GLOBAL SOURCING ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To plan and implement the global sourcing strategy and supplier management across different counties 
• Support for tactical plans of vendor sourcing and product development
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and internal parties in performing various sourcing activities 
• Responsible for daily procurement and sourcing activities
• Strong analytics skill to drive procurement direction for > 200 restaurants and product inventories control
• Develop strategic partnership and monitor supplier and manufacture performance
• To accomplish cost saving objective through direct purchasing, tracking trends in global pricing
• Negotiate with suppliers to gain competitive prices and terms
• Review business process and implementing appropriate operating process
• Build good relationship with internal department to facilitate smooth operations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Business Administration / Food Science or related disciplines
• Good communication skills including English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills and business acumen
• +5 years’ experience in global sourcing, preferably in food industry / supermarket 
• Strong leadership, analytical, management and communication skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Global Sourcing Manager
• Immediate availability is preferable
