Job description:

This position will work as part of the Client Care Team. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

•  Check-in and check-out clients
•  Handle in-person, phone-in and email enquiries, schedule  appointments
•  Correspond with doctors and clinics to facilitate referrals
•  Provide administrative and clerical support

Requirements:

• 1 year or above working experience in customer service or front desk or call center is preferred (No medical work experience is required). Recent Graduate will also be considered
• Excellent telephone manner, customer service skills and cheerful personality are essential
• Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese is a must. Mandarin is a plus
• 4 Days or 5 Days work per week (on shift including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, can select shift or non-shift schedule, those select shift schedule will receive shift allowance)
