• Responsible for the purchase of F&B items, general supplies and market list items etc
• Prepare documentation of relevant purchasing activities including price comparisons, tenders and market price surveys
• Assist in coordination of all product and purchase specifications from respective user departments
• Conduct interview as required by Procurement Manager with suppliers' representatives to obtain information, specifications and quotations and to negotiate to the best advantage of the Group
• Follow up orders to ensure on-time delivery of required products
• Maintain and update a library of catalogues, samples and price lists

• Diploma or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines, with food hygiene manager certificate is an advantage
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in hospitality industry
• Good written and spoken English & Chinese
• Strong sense of integrity, self-motivated, a good team player
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Procurement Assistant
