About the job:

As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing supplier relationships, as well as providing guidance on sourcing and procurement processes. Our Procurement Manager will be a supply chain and logistics expert who will specialise in implementing cost-effective purchases of food products.

You will be reporting to the Head Chef and Head of Finance. 

What you will be doing:

• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
• Working with the Head Chef to develop inventive and cost effective procurement strategies
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure flexible and stable source of key ingredients
• Performing risk assessment on potential contracts and agreements
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement expenses
• Preparing procurement reports

• An excellent written and verbal communicator 
• Proven experience managing supply chain operations
• A strong problem-solver who makes data-driven decisions or recommendations based on insights from a wide range of relevant sources
• Detail oriented with high standards and expectations from yourself and others around you
• A team-player with a positive attitude and someone who will champion Nutrition Kitchen’s customer-centric culture
• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience: At least 2 years
