Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Hospitality Management with 4 years work experience in Reservations Department
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservations practice, standards and procedures
- Leads Reservations team on daily operations, provide training to sub-ordinate
- Channel Management, Rates and Inventory maintenance on various business channels
- Monitor daily pick up trend, review competitors’ pricing and propose daily pricing strategies to Management, support Manager in preparing statistics reports
- Monitor all distribution channels include OTA’s & B2B agents to ensure effective selling
- Independent, able to work to under pressure and job timeline
- Good command in MS Office (incl. Chinese word processing)
- Good communication & presentation skills with excellent spoken and written English
