Reporting to the Director, Group Marketing and Corporate Communications, this role will be responsible for formulating and executing holistic and effective marketing communications strategies for the Hotels and Serviced Apartment.

The Job

• Formulate marketing and promotion strategies to build the brands, create values to the guests and drive revenues through various thematic campaigns and promotional channels / platforms
• As a strategic partner with the business units stakeholders to understand their needs to design and drive appropriate programs
• Collaborate with local and overseas on-target media to maximize our brands’ coverage
• Explore and enhance business networks for making sales leads and strategic joint promotion programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion channels and spending with holistic KPIs setting
• Orchestrate all project timelines and manage the deliverables of the team
• Assist in handling of media enquiries and crisis responses

The Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Journalism or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ marketing and communications experience with at least 4 years at similar capacity. Experience in hospitality industry is preferred
• Impeccable communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in tasks and projects management
• Savvy in data analysis with sharp commercial sense
• Possess can-do working attitude with creative mind
• Conversant with written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Well versed in MS Office applications and other analytical tools as well managing the social media platforms
