Store Manager / Assistant Manager

Pret’s Store Managers are accountable for our shops, they work to improve performance, help drive team succession, drive the business, embed change and are the gatekeepers for Pret Knowledge.

Our Assistant Managers support the Store Managers and are responsible for implementing fantastic standards and building passionate, happy teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven management experience within a rapidly growing F&B or restaurant organisation
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a complex, fast-paced and multi-cultural environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability to build strong teams and to achieve business goals.
  • Good common of spoken and written English (essential) and Chinese
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good organization and planning, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
