Job duties: 

• Plan catering food and beverage arrangements for the corporate, private customer and wedding parties according to the requirement and budget provided. 
• Gather customer requirements (like number of guests, style of gathering, budget etc) 
• Plan food and beverage menu considering client's preferences and special requests 
• Determine requirements in ingredients and set portions 
• Prepare invoice to the customer and collect payment
• Communicate and send the order to the kitchen team
• Provide full day coordination of catering, events, weddings and other public events, including delivery, service and dismantle 
• Hand cake orders 
• Prepare and submit end of the monthly reports to Accounts Team

• University graduate in any discipline, with preferable in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Hospitality Management, Communication
• 1 year relevant working experience in the hotel or food and beverage industry
• Presentable, responsible, outgoing and able to handle multi-tasks
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong project organizing skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh Graduates who are passionate with F&B or catering & event industry is welcome
