Job Description
This position reports to the Chief Chef Food & Beverage in the regional office in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief Chef for administrative matters
- Organize and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain information system, i.e., contact lists, intranet
- Assist in preparing regular reports, i.e., invoicing, calendar, functional reports
- Liaison with department assistants and handle administrative arrangement
- Handle office administrative matters; administrative supports include preparation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel, report templates, coordination and consolidation of surveys.
- Arrange travel plan
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines; time and task management skills
- Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
- Ability to communicate effectively and connect with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to work independently to support the administration in multiple functions; attention to details, discretion in handling matters of confidentiality
- Good command of English and Chinese language skills
- Savvy computer skills; proficient in MS
