This position reports to the Chief Chef Food & Beverage in the regional office in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Support the Chief Chef for administrative matters
• Organize and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Maintain information system, i.e., contact lists, intranet
• Assist in preparing regular reports, i.e., invoicing, calendar, functional reports
• Liaison with department assistants and handle administrative arrangement 
• Handle office administrative matters; administrative supports include preparation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel, report templates, coordination and consolidation of surveys.
• Arrange travel plan

• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines; time and task management skills
• Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
• Ability to communicate effectively and connect with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to work independently to support the administration in multiple functions; attention to details, discretion in handling matters of confidentiality 
• Good command of English and Chinese language skills
• Savvy computer skills; proficient in MS
