Job Responsibilities 工作內容

- All shop responsibilities of the cake boutique including quality customer service, upselling technique and very good sense of hygiene

- Motivate, train and develop a team of frontline staff in delivering quality customer service

- Chance to attend regular meeting and provide store feedback to management

- 蛋糕精品店的所有店鋪職責，包括優質的客戶服務、銷售技巧和良好的衛生意識

- 甜品店主管須參加例會並向管理層提供商店意見

 - 激勵、培訓和發展一線員工團隊以提供優質的客戶服務

Work Location工作地點

Central, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kwun Tong, Mong Kok East, Shatin, Kwai Fong, Yuen Long, Quarry Bay

中環、灣仔、銅鑼灣、尖沙咀、觀塘、旺角東、沙田、葵芳、元朗、鰂魚涌

Requirements 職位要求

- Fluent in Cantonese, good knowledge of English and Mandarin

- Great interpersonal skills, well-mannered and presentable

- Punctual, organised, and able to work as a team player

- Relevant experience is an advantage

- 良好粵語，一般英語及普通話

- 良好的人際關係，誠懇有禮，善於與人溝通

- 準時、有條理和團隊精神

- 工作經驗不拘，如有相關工作經驗者獲優先考慮
