Job Description
Job Duties:
- Greet members and guests upon arrival
- Operate the reception counter
- Answer phone calls and inquiries
- Be the ambassador of the Club
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in hospitality management or any other discipline
- 1 year guest services experience in service industry; fresh graduates will also be considered
- Pleasant and cheerful
- Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Good service and telephone manner
- Shift duties
A competitive package which includes 6 days off per month, discretionary bonus, 12 days annual leave, medical insurance, staff meal etc will be offered.
