• Answering inbound calls from customers' enquiries in call centre
• 處理客戶來電咨詢和投訴
  
  
• Data input for updating system record
• 管理客戶記錄及資料輸入
  
  
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  
• 以正面及專業的態度面對客人
  
  
• No sales target and cold call is required
  
• 沒有銷售目標

Requirements/ 要求:

• Experience in customer services will be advantage
• 有基本客服務經驗更佳
  
  
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered

• Good command of spoken Chinese and English
• 良好廣東話、英話及普通話
  
  
• 5 days work week, willing to work on shift
• 五天工作，輪班制
  
  
• Location: Tsuen Wan / Sheung Wan
