Job Description
- Maintain the HACCP system & factory hygiene / food safety
- Investigate and follow up customer complaint;
- Monitor daily factory administration incl. maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Support the annual audits of key customers locally and in Macau
- Convey regular staff training
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Food Science;
- working experience in food industry is preferred but is not must, if the other industry also will be consider ;
- 1 Years QA or QC exp in any product
- Knowledge in ISO, HACCP and GMP management systems is preferred;
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese;
- Independent, hardworking and self-motivated;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Self-motivated & with strong sense of responsibility;
- Fresh graduate in Food Science also will be consider
- Immediate available preferred
