Job Description:
- Prepare PO according to the project requirements
- Update product information into company database.
- Monitor the inventory level and issue PO to maintain the minimum stock level
- Follow up the delivery schedule with suppliers
- Handling logistics for goods receipt & delivery and supplier’s quality issue
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement:
- F.5 or above
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Shipping/Logistic knowledge is an advantage
- Immediate available is preferred
