Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading a team to provide premium property and facilities management services for daily operations of our properties

• Maintain good relationship with clients / tenants by provision of excellent management services
• Monitor and oversee staff and contractors’ performance to ensure the compliance of statutory requirements and meet the standard of the Company
• Handle enquires / complaints / emergency matters as necessary and proper monitoring of manpower performance
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property Management, Facility Management, Hospitality Management or other relevant disciplines
• Membership of professional property management qualification (e.g. MRPHM, MCIH, MHKIH) will be an advantage
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience of which at least 5 years in supervisory level
• Conversant with quality procedures and systems
• Mature, proactive, analytical and able to work independently
• Knowledge of ISO standards will be advantage
• Good supervisory, organizing and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered as Property Manager
