• Prepare hot or cold beverages
• Serve food and beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, glasses and equipments
• Clean service and seating areas
• Responsible for order, receive and stock supplies

• Form 5 graduate or above
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Experience in hotel or fine dining is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Team player
• Hard working
