Retail Supervisor / Senior Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Develop overall sales strategy and lead a team of sales staff
• Ensure effective stock management to maximize retail sales including product merchandising, promotion, ordering, pricing and inventory control;
• Assist the Team Manager to maintain operation manuals for standards, policies, procedures and guidelines, etc.
• Be poactive role in maintaining company brand standards especially in guests engagement, visual and housekeeping, etc.
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 4 years’ sales experience in retail industry, with at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Have good knowledge in retail sales and ability to drive sales
• Good leadership skills and be an independent team leader
• Excellent in customer service and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in computer literacy
• Need to work on weekends and public holidays by rotation

Tour Guide & Exhibition Operator

Responsibilities:
- Exhibition daily operation, guided tour delivery, operation logistical support and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Knowledge and interest in natural ecological science and historical culture
- Passionate in tourism industry
- Excellent in customer services and communication skills
- Good in language skills
- Experience in theme park preferably
- Need to work on weekends and public holidays by rotation
- Fresh graduate will be considered

Operation Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Logistical support for daily park activities operation, event planning, assist for materials ordering and ad hoc assignments

Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 1 year's relevant experience
- Positive, energetic and good in customer services skills
- Familiar with MS office 
- Need to work on weekends and public holidays by rotation
- Fresh graduate will be considered

More experience will be considered as Assistant Operation Officer.
