Responsibilities:

1) Visual:

• Coordinating with corporate hospitality team & local marketing team in supporting all aspects of marketing and social media activities for business needs.
• Co-ordinate with RL internal teams for the preparation of all creative visuals. E.g. New product packaging, NSO visuals, menu updates
• Assist in organizing events, festivals, and cross-branding activities.

2) NSO:

• Conduct competitor market research for NSO location
• Assist in NSO project management

3) Operation:

• Assist in managing regional suppliers and explore way for cost reduction from economy of scale.
• Partnering with corporate and regional merch team to ensure merchandise distribution to coffee location and retail point of sales
• Assist on developing new products and see it through to launching
• Assist on developing corporate gifting E.g. Mooncake

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Hospitality or Marketing or related disciplines is preferred
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in retail or hospitality related fields, project management related is a plus
• Flexible, proactive, attentive, independent, and customer-oriented with good teamwork
• Excellent communications, interpersonal, numerical & analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Office application (especially in Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Associate Manager
