Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and re-ordering for non-food category, including packaging and cleaning material
• Assist manager to develop, sourcing and sampling on project-based or irregular item
• Inventory control, forecast and replenishment base on inventory
• Work closely with internal department for purchasing process, development and administration
• Communicate with warehouse to ensure inventory level is in optimal level
• Process purchasing System (SAP, Web Portal)
• Prepare and order non-food items for new store opening

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above;
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in SAP system is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, well-organized, detail-minder;
• Able to work under stress and can meet tight deadlines;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
