Responsibilities：

• Provide food and beverages training, staff on/off boarding arrangement, scheduling and discipline management for all Floor staffs
• Follow the company and the Operations Manager’s instructions to motivate & manage team members, and execute an exceptional level of service
• Delegate responsibility for the day-to-day operations to the appropriate personnel to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained as per required standards
• Assist in planning and ordering of all supplies (ingredients and food, etc)

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Café / Western style restaurant management
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, independent and able to perform multi-tasks under pressure
• Willingness to work as part of an energetic & efficient team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to speak Cantonese / English / Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Café Manager
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
