Role & Responsibilities:
Ensure and provide professional guest arrival experience

Coordinate and manage communication between guests, chefs and restaurant managers on food & beverage arrangements

Obtain guest dining, seating or any other preferences to provide personalized service, and establish long term relationships with customers

Capture sales from in-coming enquires and coordinate details of each reservation and event

Analyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve guest experience

Requirements:
At least 2years solid customer relation / reservation / reception work experience in the F&B or hospitality industry

Service oriented, creative, energetic and well groomed

Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation

Proficient in Cantonese, English and Putonghua

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer - Guest Relation / Senior Hostess / Senior Host
