Job Description

• Handle day-to-day ordering
• Assist in the whole procurement process starting from vendor sourcing & selection, pricing, negotiation, and goods delivery
• Consolidate users’ requirements and source qualified suppliers
• Handle the purchasing process to achieve cost saving
• Maintain and update purchasing documents and records
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned
• Assist in other ad-hoc as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above holder in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in Food & Beverage, Catering or Hotel industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in procurement system is an advantage
