Responsibilities

• Oversee the discipline and efficiency across the procurement team and provide support to the team on strategic procurement best practices
• Ensure full consistency of the policies and standards set out in the procurement framework whilst streamlining processes to improve speed-to-buying
• Assist the establishment of Procurement Risk Management Framework
• Develop procurement standard operating procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement process

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience at a sizeable organization
• Detailed oriented, experience in developing policies and standard operating procedures preferably in the procurement realm
• Good knowledge in Oracle ERP system, PowerBI / Tableau and Oracle ERP will be an advantage
• Ability to drive change program and identify user requirements
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
