• Monitor and ensure room servicing and cleanliness meeting Hotel standard at all times
• Supervise room attendants’ daily duties to ensure smooth operations
• Keep all assigned work areas in the best condition in clean and orderly manner by directing work and suggesting the necessary replacement of equipment and training of personnel
• Ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and staff

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role
• Positive and good interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, responsible and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
