The Store Trainee Manager Training Program is a 12-month comprehensive program including classroom training and on-job attachment within the Store Operations. The objective of the program is to provide learning opportunities for young talents to develop skills and professional expertise in retail industry, and to gain real life store operations and managerial experience for further career development. Upon successful completion, candidates will be offered store management or equivalent positions within the Group.
