Responsibilities:

• Assist Category Manager to perform full cycle of purchasing activities from sourcing, price negotiation, develop supplier network and long term partnership for Food items
• Maintain the purchasing database and records
• Support the regular review and analysis of product categories, supplier performance and market intelligence for team management review
• Conduct supplier performance review, factory audit and quality check
• Monitor stock inventory and shipping arrangement
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement:

• Degree graduate in Business Administration / Purchasing/ Supply Chain management or related discipline
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduate will also be considered
• Interested in pursue career in purchasing and global sourcing in catering / F&B
• Efficient team player, self-motivated, well organized and able to work under pressure
• Possess good negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency PC skills in MS words, Excel and Chinese-word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Candidate will less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer
