Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Provide support in daily store operations
• Oversee and manage daily stores operations, monitoring P&L including staff cost and stock control of the district
• Ensure the new project of operation and admin work are smooth, such as new shop open, shop revamp….etc.
• Reporting business performance to management level and provide solution if needed
• Coach with store-in-charges for identifying sales opportunity, managing customer services and operations standards proactively
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures across the business
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• An aspiration and commitment to develop your careers in Food & Beverage operations
• Diploma Holder or above In Hotel & Catering Management or related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in managing multiple stores in retail or catering industry
• Proficiency in MS Office application including Word & Excel
• A good coach and team player who can communicate and influence other effectively
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and drive for continuous improvement
• Good command of written and spoken in both English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure and meet multiple tasks
