Job Description
Responsibility
- Perform IT administration tasks (e.g. Data backup, User accounts in applications,
Wi-Fi Access Point, File server etc…) - Provide User Support for all IT hardware & Software
- Maintain IT Inventory list
- Prepare system user guide
- Assist to execute / Setup IT hardware & Software for IT Projects
- Manage meeting schedule with various consultants & contractors
- Assist in preparing of IT minutes and Monthly report
- Handle as hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, information system or other related discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Basic command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- A good team player and willing to learn
- Knowledge in Mac & Windows PC is an advantage
- Knowledge in IOS & Android device is an advantage
- Passionate to new technologies
